Advantages: Cheap, cheerful and easy to clean.

As I have three kids my house seems to be getting smaller and smaller as it fills up with all their clutter, so I was looking for a high chair that didn't take up too much space. First I checked out the folding high chairs, but as my son is a keen footballer (in the house!) I thought he would only end up tripping over one of these. Then I spotted this booster seat in Argos, and it really fits the bill.

It is made of brightly coloured plastic, and comes complete with a tray. It was simplicity itself to put it together and it fits very securely to the dining room chair, so it doesn't take up any extra space. My daughter feels she is sitting up at the table just like the rest of the family.

It's suitable for children from 6 months upwards, and it is easy to change the level to suit your child. The tray comes off to turn this into an ordinairy booster seat, when your child is old enough. Although it doesn't fold up, you can just put the whole lot into a carrier bag, so it's great if you travel a lot.

However in my opinion the best thing about this chair is that the whole lot goes in the dishwasher. No more scrubbing off rock hard pureed carrot!
