Advantages: everything about it

Disadvantages: nothing for me

I am a big fan of Safety 1st products and have used several of them with both my boys. The one that i have found to be most useful and one that i couldnt live without is the fold up booster seat.
This seat is recommended for children aged from 6 months up to 4 years old, personally i think that it would be to small for an older child to fit in but i think this all depends on the size of the child. It is made of very strong plastic and is very brightly coloured, red, yellow, green and blue. The seat adjusts to two levels for when your child grows. It attatches to dining room chairs with adjustable straps, these just clip in as you would do up a pushchair strap. It also has a removable tray, which can be taken off the chair if you want to use it as a highchair and tuck your child into the table with the rest of the family. There are adjustable safety restraints to strap your child into the chair to stop them from falling out. The chair is very easy to clean, i always use an anti bacterial spray but for stubborn stains it is safe to put into the dishwasher. This booster seat folds away. You can lift up the seat, fold in the sides, tuck the tray into this and do up the straps and this will hold it altogether. It takes up hardly any room to store away when not being used. It is very light and has a handle to carry the chair around, this all makes it very easy to take with you when you are out and about for example if you eat out at a restaurant or even to take on holiday with you. This booster seat retails for around £25. This definately made my life a lot easier and i would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: a cheaper alternative to a high chair

We used them for our twins, they were handy so they sould sit at the table with us and we would take one with us to restaurants as often places wouldn't have two spare highchairs. Caroline xx
