F&F Animal Slogan Bibs
Member Name: k2705
Advantages: Nice and soft, good price
Disadvantages: They could be a little bit longer
When I was having Jayden I read and heard the phrase "you can never have enough bibs" several times. I thought I had bought plenty but it still seems to me that I never have enough. Jayden's an extremely windy sicky baby and gets through bibs at an alarming rate. I was shopping with my mum in Tesco recently and she picked up a pack of new bibs for him. They cost £4.00 for a pack of 5 but at that particular time they had some money of them.
The pack we bought were the F&F Pack Of Unisex Animal Slogan Bibs, the bibs are all mainly plain white with a little picture on them, all the pictures are done in orange and yellow making them, as the name states, suitable for both boys and girls. The bibs were all held together with a simple cardboard tag, there was no other packaging at all.
Each bib has a different cute picture and slogan on the front,
H for Horse, this has picture of a horse
Little sunshine, this has a smiley sun
C for chicken has a chicken on it
Little chick, this has a picture of a baby chick
S for sheep has a picture of a sheep.
The bibs are made from very soft cotton and are edged very nicely, they do up with a single popper at the neck, I definitely prefer this type of opening on Jayden's bibs, he hates it when I pull clothes over his head and I do have a couple of bibs like this, not only does he hate them being pulled over his head but when I take the bibs off I've got to drag a wet sicky milky bib over his hair. These F&F bibs eliminate all these problems with their popper fastening.
As I mentioned the bibs feel very soft and there's no chance of them rubbing your baby's skin around their neck, they are also absorbent and soak up any dribbles of milk at feeding time, size wise they are adequate and cover the top half of Jayden however he always brings milk up when he's winded and I sometimes wish the bibs were a bit longer but that's just us, another baby may not do this.
As you can imagine the bibs go in the washing machine on a daily basis and so far they have remained soft, maintained their shape and haven't shrunk, the pictures and slogans haven't worn off or faded either. I usually do them on a regular 40oC wash.
I would definitely recommend F&F Animal Slogan Bibs, the price is good and so is the quality, they are suitable for boys and girls and the designs are really cute, they are ideal for feeding times but also for just popping on your baby if he or she is going through a dribbly stage. If I had to find a fault with them I would say they could be made slightly longer but others may find the length alright.
If you have a baby or are buying gifts for someone expecting one then these would be a good buy and something that will definitely be needed, after all you can never have enough bibs!
