After purchasing some AVENT breast pads at £3.99 for a box of 40, I thought hey I will buy some cheaper ones and save myself a few pounds, afterall there can't be much differance between them as there really is not much that can go wrong.
Boy how wrong was I, after purchasing the Tesco breast pads at £2.94 for a box of 80 (bargain I thought), I could see they were slightly thinner but this didn't really bother me so in my bra they went. Next came feeding time and this is were the real problems began, the pads just can't cope with any liquid and I was absolutley drenched down the one side of my top (not a good look).
I did give them a few chances but they let me down each time, maybe I could change them more often but thats just false economy.
They also go quite crispy if they get the smallest amount of milk on them.

I think I will stick to a thicker pad that may be seen through my top than have two massive wet patchs.

Summary: Stick to a dearer brand
