Advantages: Two ends, comfortable handle

Disadvantages: None

I've had a variety of bottle brushes for washing up my daughters bottles, although they would have probably lasted longer than I used them, I liked to replace them every few months. The bottle brush we are using at the moment is this one from Tommee Tippee, it was the very first bottle brush I had owned so knew it would be perfect to replace my Boots brush a few months ago.

Although my daughter is two and a half, she still has half a bottle of milk at night. Some people may slate me for this but with the amount of trouble I have had with her sleeping, this works for us. I often worry about germs and bacteria and like to make sure the bottles are washed up properly so a bottle brush is essential.

The bottle brush is available to buy in a variety of places that sell baby products, I think I purchased this one from Boots for around £3.

The bottle brush from Tommee Tippee is pretty much the same as any other bottle brush. It has two different ends, one big end with a lot of bristles, and one small end with a bit of rubber made into a small point. The larger end is suitable for washing the main body of the bottles, we use Tommee Tippee bottles and it fits into these with ease. I also like to use the pointed small end around the bottom of the bottle just to get into the crevasses. The pointed end is then used to clean the bottle teats. The shape of this end means it's easy to get into the cracks around the teat without causing any damage to the teat itself.

The handle of the bottle brush is comfortable to hold, it's a little different to dooyoo's picture as it has a more curved design. It is found more towards the smaller end of the brush than the bigger end. This is perfect as you can get a good comfortable grip for scrubbing the main body of bottles, but then when you come to wash the teat, the handle is near to that end so it's easier to direct the brush to where you want it to go.

I'd definitely recommend this Tommee Tippee bottle brush, it cleans well and the two different ends serve their purpose well, the handle is comfortable to hold, definitely worth the £3.

Summary: Nice bottle brush
