Advantages: Easy to drink from even for very young babies

Disadvantages: They do leak and spill easily

When I first tried to introduce my eldest child to a beaker I must have tried every style of cup available before buying this one. I now have four of these cups used by two of my children.

I bought the first cup from Morrisons for about 98p so after spend up to £4 on other types of cup I was relieved to finally find one that my daughter would drink from.

The cup is light and has two handles so is easy to hold and lift. The spout is small and thin so is easy for baby to fit into it's mouth. The juice is free flowing so there is no need for baby to actually suck to get the juice which is great when first trying to introduce liquids other than milk. To clean it I just put it into the dishwasher although you cannot clean inside the spout. The spout folds down to stop the contents spilling out but they do still tend to leak.

On the downside because they are free flowing you do tend to get leaks and spills quite a lot. My youngest childs likes to wave his cup around above his head soaking the walls and the floor and everything around him. If you over fill them you get a fountain of juice coming out of the spout which is great when you are in a rush and get soaked!

On the whole these are great cheap little cups that are avalable from most supermarkets. We have had one of ours for four years now and it is still is good condition.
