Advantages: cheap, effective, good colours, non spill, child friendly, easy to clean!

Disadvantages: none at all!

I have bought so many different cups for my children in a bid to wean them from bottles. I must have spent an absolute fortune over the years trying to find that elusive cup that has a spout not a teat, that will help them to hold cup, that will not leak when held upside down ... and all those other things that you 'need' as a parent of a baby / toddler.

In my quest I have bought, spoutless cups, cups with a lid where you drink from the rim, valved cups that you suck on and nothing comes out (?!). I have scoured the shelves in Boots, mothercare, and any other shop that I can find that sells baby goods.

And do you know what? The Tommee Tippee cup beats them all hands down! It is easy to drink from, can be used to transport drinks as the spout folds down, its easy to clean, it is available in a host of colours, it is incredibly cheap... especially compared to most baby cups on the market .... but most of all my daughter loves it. She calls it her sucky cup and will not drink out of anything else. And now, at 20 months, she takes the spouted lid off and drinks out of it like a normal cup!

I cannot recommend this highly enough... it is superb!
