I began to express as instructed by midwife, about two weeks after my daughter was born, by then I had a good supply of milk and expressing the milk was an ideal solution to constantly breast-feeding. All i did was put it to my breast, press the little sunction button, and bob is not my uncle. It really worked for me. What took me attimes a whole week to fill an 8 ouce bottle now takes me 2 ...
