The Toys R Us breast pump didn?t really meet my needs. Being an expectant Mum when I chose it, I suppose I didn?t really know what I wanted, but as a battery pump seemed less time-consuming and more powerful than a hand-pump, I believed that this would be the most convenient for me. I began to express as instructed by midwife, about two weeks after my daughter was born, by then I had a good supply of milk and expressing the milk was an ideal solution to constantly breast-feeding. I bought the Toys R Us battery operated breast pump and found myself returning it the next day!I had loads of hassle getting a refund, but I eventually got one by insisting that I hadn't used it, of course, I had used it. I found the suction wasn't very good. I have two other children that I breastfed for a while and I used a plain old basic Boots breastpump with them and it did a brilliant job. I don't rate the Toys R Us breatpump all that much because I found expressing my milk by hand was a lot faster! I just had my baby less than five months ago and due to the fact that my son did not want anything else but breast milk, i had to resort to expressing my breast milk which i had never done before. I tried other breast pumps which were the ones which you pumped manually they did not work until i heard from a friend about the toys-ur-us breast pump. It only cost about £19 plus and its battery operated. For someone like me who has never used a breast pump before it was quite helpful. All i did was put it to my breast, press the little sunction button, and bob is not my uncle. It really worked for me. What took me attimes a whole week to fill an 8 ouce bottle now takes me 2 ...
