Vtech Pop Up surprise Ball Yet another one of Jack's Christmas presents up for review and this time it is the Pop up Surprise Ball from Vtech. I bought this from Argos way before Christmas and it came as part of a three toy set costing just under £20. It came with the Vtech nursery Rhyme Book and the Vtech Mobile phone. My 6 months old daughter got this toy for her first Christmas. On the begging she wasn't very interested in it. But after wile listen to the melodies she slowly start push it all round the house. After inserting batteries - and to turn the unit on. Slide the off/low volume/high volume selector switch to ...

Now vTech, the manufacturers, call this a Pop-up Surprise Ball - it's "a fun and friendly toy". Probably the first surprise is that there's no real surprise at all! The so called "surprise" element comes from a section of the ball, which when depressed pops up a figurine supposed to resemble a puppy, but let's not get ahead of ourselves and start from the ...
