The pushchair comes with a raincover which covers both the kids. It folds down to normal pushchair size and can fit in the boot of a car easily. My dad bought this for me when i was expecting my second child. We had gone in to a baby shop to look at tandum puschairs, we live in a flat so we couldnt have something to bulky, a side by side one was out straight away because of storing it.
