Advantages: Luxurious, thick, gets rid of stretch marks
Disadvantages: expensive
A cult product that Kate Moss, Gwyneth Paltrow, Britney Spears, James King, Liv Tyler?(you get the picture) can not live without. Kiehl's has been around since 1851 as is known for it's fine ingredients and outstanding quality.
Crème de Corps is a luxurious all over body moisturiser which contains elements of Avocado Oil, Calendula, Sesame Oil and Cocoa Butter. What makes this product unlike any other is the fact that it doesn't contain a trace of water making it remarkably rich. You may be thinking "Well, how is it going to absorb into my skin if it doesn't consist water?" The answer to that is it has an ingredient called Squalene that reacts very well with the skin and quickens the process of the cream sinking in.
The thick yellow, non-perfumed cream can be applied anytime and as often as necessary and is best left on the skin for a few minutes before dressing.
The results you get from this cream are immaculate and it's extremely impressive that a cream so rich doesn't leave the skin greasy at all, just baby smooth with a delicate sheen.
This product can be used by people of all ages and pregnant women swear it helps to get rid of stretch marks.
The Kiehl's packaging hasn't changed since the business started and the bottles look like something out of a pharmacy but then that is where Kiehl's originates from.
Kiehl's is really exclusive around the world. There is one Kiehl's store in New York and then it is sold in a handful of concessions in England. Liberty have the biggest range in England and if you can't get there, you can buy it via mail order. Crème de Corps starts at $14 for a 4 fl.oz bottle but there are much bigger bottles. That price is above average for a moisturiser but the ingredients are extremely rare and if it leaves the skin looking good enough to eat, who cares?
