The product comes in a pure white plastic tube and there is lots of writing on the front which gives further information about the product. It has a flip top lid that is also white and it is easy to open and close the product, even when your hands still have cream on them. My hands can get dry, tight and uncomfortable, especially after cleaning or a long day at work. I love having a nice hand cream on stand by in my handbag to relieve all this and my most recent purchase is the Ultimate Strength Hand Salve by Kiehls. What does the product do? The product has been specifically designed for those with dry hand that are constantly on the go. It promises to soothe, nourish, hydrate and condition the skin and nails with natural ingredients such as Avocado Oil and Sesame Oil. I bought this while holidaying in New York. A friend and I happened upon a Kiehl's shop and she gave a loud, "Ooh, I love Kiehl's!". It didn't take much persuasion to drag me inside. With their minimalist packaging and natural ingredients Kiehl's products are a joy to shop for and, I discovered, this hand salve is a joy to use. I have very dry hands and was attracted by this product's claim to provide 'all-day care for severely dry, active hands'. I do need to apply this cream more than once a day, but it does give my hands a lovely smooth feel for at least an hour. OK, so I have to admit, I bought this from Ebay. I am not therefore able to supply a definite figure for the cost, but I have seen and tested it in Space NK stores, and the Keihl's outlets in London (Westfield/House of Fraiser and on King's Road.- I have tested it out to see if my product is genuine, which I am now sure it is.) It retails there for about £10.50 and you get for that a tube of 75grams or 2.5oz. I won my miniature (1oz or 30 grams) in a gift set with 3 other items for £5.19.
