My daughter has never even mentioned football before, that is until her best friend Hayley announced her devotion to her Dad's team of choice, Aston Villa.

Since then many of her classmates have decided to jump on the bandwagon, including Kaitlin.

Since then she has brought anything football related, hence this review.

The product I will now review is - "Shirtbox lunchbox".

The general idea behind the lunchbox is that the child buys said lunchbox, these come in a few variations England, Chelsea, Manchester united, Celtic and Liverpool (there maybe more to choose from on their site).

These are brought blank, but within them hold a wad of sticker numbers and letters for the child to personalise the front and back of the box, there is also a matching water bottle in the shape of a shirt, with there even being smaller stickers to match the bottle to the box.

The box itself is made of rigid plastic, with a thin plastic handle to hold it with and an even smaller plastic lip to secure the box together ( I have to say the clasp is insufficient, and I am fully expecting it to break....though after a month it has yet to do so, so I hope I stand corrected!).

The shape of the lunchbox gives the impression that not much would be able to fit within, but due to how deep the box is, there is ample room for a water bottle, preferably the one included, and a full packed lunch too.

Unlike many lunchboxes that are available to buy, this is perfect for cleaning!

Lunchboxes that we have previously owned tend to have a lip between the outer part of the box and the inner material, thus after a few uses and my children not putting the crusts off their sandwiches back into the food bags I send them in, they get stuck in the lip and eventually go mouldy, they are notoriously hard to remove once jammed in there!

This box is completely smooth within, so once it has been used a good scrub out with a wet dishcloth and it is sparkling once more.

Price wise this was purchased for £9.99 from www.asda.co.uk, there are a few on offer there but for more choice and replacement stickers visit www.shirtbox.com.

      Thanks for reading x
