I'm actually quite excited to find this on Dooyoo! I didn't think I was going to be reviewing a baking tin this evening, but I've had this a while now, and its one of my favourite buys, so I thought I'd share...
The tin came from Amazon, a novelty I picked up for around a fiver (currently £3.80) to make a cake for my lovely boyfriend. Its 19cm x 3.5cm, which isn't huge, but makes a cake big enough for the two of you to properly pig out. Its also non-stick, which makes for an easy life - in fact this is an absolute dream to clean, everything just wipes off instantaneously.
I've used it about seven or eight times, and have seen no signs of wear or tear, despite it going in a hot oven time after time. Considering the average price of your boring baking pans from Tesco, and how quickly they can get warped with use, this pan is very good quality and value.
Bung (technical term) 100g each of flour, butter and sugar and 2 eggs in a bowl. Mix thoroughly then add some vanilla essence and pour mix in the tin. bake in preheated (160C) oven for about 20 mins. Cool, then pour over melted chocolate and when tacky press on loads of smarties. Chill, then remove from tin when cold. Eat with loved one.
I hope you are getting the message......I HEART this tin!
