I was bought Creme De La Mer face cream and lip balm by my sister for my birthday and I must admit that I was very disappointed with both of them. The face cream was extremely thick which I took to be a good sign as I have rather dry skin with an oily t zone. I did, however, find it rather difficult to apply and it tended to 'drag' on my skin a bit. After using the cream for about 3 months though (which is how long the pot lasted) I must admit that I really didn't notice any difference between this cream and my normal (and MUCH cheaper brand) For the price of it, I was hoping that I would notice a difference in my skin tone and elasticity but I can honestly say that I didn't. I have, therefore, decided not to splash out on another pot and have reverted back to my trusty cheap brand face cream.
