I first heard about Creme De La Mer in an interview that I read in a fashion magazine. I thought to myself that it sounded too good to be true. I was able to obtain some samples and try it for myself. I wasn't impressed with it the first couple of days. I then remembered that you have to activate the creme by warming it between your fingers and PATTING it on. WOW!! the difference was incredible!! My skin was much smoother, plumper, and softer looking. It calmed my rosacea down tremendously. With the warmer weather approaching, I will probably use the lotion for the summer months. While I was doing some research on the product, I discovered that there are two companies that have a product named Creme De La Mer. The one I used was the original formula created by Max Huber, the NASA scientist. The other is manufactured by a German company and contains petroleum products. If you decide to try it, make sure you know which one you are getting. The company has a 100% satisfaction garentee. It doesn't have any particular fragrance to it, but for something that has fermented for 3-4 month while in the making, you could never tell by the way it smells. It is expensive, but it is one indulegence I allow myself.
