Advantages: Erases scars, I have none but, it reduces fine lines, Softens skin

Disadvantages: Not easily absorbed, Greasy Looking, Smells weird

When I first forked out over 115 euro for my small tub of creme de la mer I was so excited I put it on in the car. Obviously I wasn't expecting immediate results but, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. As I looked in the wing mirror while driving home I noticed my skin (despite only applying a small amount) was shiny. Not glowing, SHINING. A great big greasy shine. It looked like I'd been working in Mc Donalds all my life. I decided that maybe it just takes a little longer to sink in. Or maybe I was imagining IT. When I got home my sister Thalia sampled some but, she too noticed her skin looking greasy. My skin is usually normal to combination but rarely lip-gloss shiny! Before going to bed I applied another pea-sized amount but when I woke up in the morning I was glad to find my skin had absorbed it/maybe my pillow did? I used it regularly following the instructions religiously but, it wasn't until my 2nd week I noticed a change. My skin is very delicate and no matter how bad a spot is it scars me. I had several scars on my forehead before using Creme de la mer but, they've disappeared now. Although the rest of my skin is no different. On another note my sister has been using it to and she has seen a dramatic change in her over-active sabaceous (sorry I don't know how to spelll that) glands. My conclusion is it varies from person to person.
