About three quarters of the way down the pen the cap comes off, this clicks on and off easily and is very secure so you do not have to worry about the lid coming off in your bag and ruining the tip of the liner. Before your first use the liner the tip bristles are pure white, which shows that the product is new and never before used. I much prefer liquid eye liners to pencil, I find you can get a much more defined line with bolder colours. My usual Ruby and Millie eyeliner seemed to have been taken off sale when I needed a new one so I wandered around Boots looking for an alternative and decided to give this Dior Precision Eyeliner a try. The Dior Precision Eyeliner comes in a lovely shiny black and gold cardboard box with silver writing on, a short description and the Dior branding across. The eyeliner itself looks very much like a felt tip pen, it is long, thin and rounded with approximate dimensions of 12 cm length and a 0.8 cm diameter.
