Lancôme Hydrazen Neurocalm Soothing Anti-Stress Moisturising Cream
by Kingston07
There are not many things that I splash my cash on however hydrazen Neurocalm soothing anti stress moisturizing cream is one thing that I will not give up. I have been using this moisturizer for about a year and have really seen a difference in the condition of my skin. I will admit that the cream does have a larger price tag than some ... high street brand creams but I would rather pay a little more for something I really feel works.
The cream itself does have a floral scent but this is not overpowering and once the cream has been applied you are no longer able to smell the cream. The cream is white and is thick in it's texture, however although the cream is quiet thick it is in no way heavy or greasy and does not leave an oily texture.
I apply the cream after using a lancome face wash. You do not need a large amount of face cream which ensures that the pot of cream you have bought will last longer. The cream spreads evenly and absorbs quickly into the skin. After applying the cream your skin feels soft and smooth to touch. There is enough moisture in the cream to feed dry skin but not too much to leave skin greasy.
In regards to the price of the cream as I have already mentioned I understand that it can be out of some peoples price range at £37 for 50mls but there are a wide range of offers on in stores such as Debenhams. At Christmas I bought a gift set which included the hydrazen neurocalm soothing anti stress moisturizing cream. This worked out as a much better deal. Also if you bought two lancome products you received a free gift which included a small hydrazen cream. Due to only needing a small amount of cream each time you use it the 50 ml jar will last you about 2 months.
I am a huge fan of Lancome products and am always keen to try out any of there products. This is because I feel that you get what you pay for and The cream is well worth the money Read the complete review |

Lancome Hypnose Drama Mascara
by rosaliecullen
**Product Info**
This is a mascara from Lancome and costs around £20 for the large 6.5ml tube. The brush is quite fat and in a curved shape. This helps to create volume.
**My personal opinion**
This mascara by Lancome takes a bit of getting used to when compared to a regular mascara. At first, I found it ... clumpy and very 'wet' which meant I often smudged it. However, now I am used to using it I find it is an excellent mascara once it is applied properly. I suggest wiggling the brush through the lashes to separate them out. It gives a very dramatic look and I hardly ever use lash extensions but people often ask me if my lashes are real. On the down side, I did find that the mascara dried up quite quickly, although I have had it for 8 months I guess, so perhaps not that quickly. I think it is expensive for a mascara but it is a good one, so with proper application you won't be disappointed. I have only had the Black 01 colour so cannot comment on the rest of the range, nor can I comment on the other Hypnose mascaras until I have tried them.
**Additional information**
It is worth noting that Lancome often do special deals such as 2 for £20 in special offer boxes for the Hypnose mascaras. These are great value. Read the complete review |

Lancome La Base Pro Perfecting Make-up Primer
by Shrap
I absolutely love this stuff! My skin is really dry/dehydrated, but oily in some patches, so problems I had been having with foundation were that my skin was so dry the foundation would make my skin look flaky (even with a ton of moisturiser). It would emphasize my big pores and I felt like it was blocking them more.
With this ... base my skin looks amazing. It's so lightweight on my skin and just sits on the surface, I would say it does feel a bit greasy but not heavy, and it means you almost have an invisble mask covering your pores/imperfections. Your foundation glides on, and stays on. It lasts longer as it has better coverage.
I would not go without this product now that I've used it and I find it lasts quite a long time for the money :)
Downsides: There are only 2 problems I have found with this product. The first being the glass bottle. You have to be very careful using this, especially when taking it out with you. But also sitting it on the sink isn't a great idea lol! The second problem is that when you get to bottom of the bottle it can be quite difficult getting the last of it out, although it is possible using a straw or something. Read the complete review |
