Lancôme Hydrazen Fluide
by David buckley
Ok lets just start with saying Lancome HYDRA ZEN is one of the best moisturising cream on the market, i used to get very dry skin around my eyes and around my mouth, i have tryed nearly all the moisturising creams that are ment to help, but they still never gave me the satisfaction i was looking for.
the first time i used HYDRA ZEN ... i could feel my skin all smooth and supple, and this lasted for the whole day, i only used it for 3 days befor i could see and feel the results working, even befor i put any one. If you suffer from dry skin like i did i sugest you try this cream out, and at only £20 it should be in every ones wish list. i use make-up every day, when in work or just shopping, and usualy i find that the makeup on some of the dry skin mosturising creams can leave my skill looking and feeling greesy. The HYDRA ZEN will let you use makeup prduct with out worrying about the grees showing druing the day.
This is going to be part of my dayly ruteen of getting ready in the morning and evening Read the complete review |

Lancôme Flash Bronzer Self Tanning Spritz
by llamalove
Flash Bronzer is a self-tan that comes in a tall 150ml orangey-brown bottle with white writing and a white rose. Just below the lid is the recognisable yellow and white Lancôme label. Lancôme began in the 30s when Armand Petitjean, perfumer and cosmetician, devoted his life to his dream of giving ... women the most beautiful things possible. ? For them, he created Lancôme?.For them, he selected the rose? For them, he surrounded himself with the best researchers? For them, he began an exemplary adventure in the realm of passion?.The art of being beautiful "à la française". It all started when Armand launched 4 perfumes in 1935. ?Tropiques?, ?Tendres Nuits?, ?Kypre?, and ?Bocages? and ?Magie? in the nineteen-fifties. These perfumes are now collectors items and extremely rare. Armand also had a true passion for roses and grew them in his rose garden, in Ville d'Avray, just outside of Paris. So, it's no surprise that he chose the rose as the symbol of the Lancôme fragrances. The Lancôme fragrance rose was a traditional, round rose with a curved stem, based on the works of Belgian painter Redouté (1759-1840). Changes were gradually made to it over the years until the year 2000 when they finally settled on the one you see on their products now. A real Lancôme rose actually exists! This flower was created by Delbard in 1973 and is still featured in the Delbard catalogue today. It is a gorgeous, pale fuchsia rose with a very long, cylinder-shaped bud. Its petals - between 35 and 40 - are thick and shiny. The Lancôme rose is a very robust rose that, according to Delbard, takes right after its parents. Its father - a rosebush nicknamed ?the Oak Tree? for its extreme sturdiness - produced Magenta red roses. Its mother produced roses t
hat were nearly mauve in colour. This is how the rare and vibrant rose known as the Lancôme rose, came to be. The Lancôme website says you can actually get your own Lancôme rose by writing to: Delbard - 16, Quai de la Mégisserie - 75038 PARIS CEDEX 01 Telephone: 33 (0)1.44.88.80.20 Flash Bronzer is available for the whole body (in this bottle) and for face (in a smaller tube) and for legs (a stronger formula in a tube). For the purpose of this review I am focussing on the whole body spray. The product comes in clear liquid form, like water. It has a pump action nozzle for easy application. The application instructions on the bottle are themselves, very brief ?shake well before use?spray, smooth rapidly and evenly over skins, rinse hands thoroughly and dress!? Yes, if you look closely, it says nothing about having to wait for up to an hour to dry. I think most girls who use self-tans have probably experimented with a variety of products that require us to sit or stand in the most uncomfortable (not to mention, unflattering) and compromising positions for long periods of time before we can dress. For those of you who haven?t used self-tan, think ?I?ve been sitting on a horse for 3 weeks? meets zombie! Well, you won?t get that with this one?Lancôme Flash Bronzer is INSTANT DRY! So you really can, spritz?rub?dress?go. Lancôme Flash Bronzer is easy to use but as with any self tan, if you want an even, realistic all over tan, a through preparation process is essential but long: ** First you really need to shave away all those hairs (unless you like to be natural (or you are male)? I just wouldn?t shave after as you may streak the tan). ** Next, exfoliate ? especially the dry areas like knees and
elbows. ** Finally, moisturise all places you are going to apply the tan (any tan). This will allow the tanning product to go on more evenly as you skin would have an all over treatment, be soft and supple and ready. Okay, so you are ready! Pull off the clear lid; activate the product by pressing on the pump. The liquid will spray lightly onto your skin. Working one limb (or other area) at a time, spray liberally (maybe 5-7 pumps) and start to rub in. As I said before, the product is clear ? so some people may find the rubbing in part difficult, as you can?t see when it?s done. I just keep going in all directions until I think I?ve covered every part. Move through to the next part of your body and keep going until all is done. When applied, it may feel slightly tacky but it really is safe. You may feel more confident to stay undressed for 5 or so minutes but it doesn?t matter. If you have to dress right away then do it. I usually apply tan then sit in a towel or dressing gown and put my make up on then get dressed. There is never any residue on the towels or any garments. The tan should start to develop in about 1 hour but what is really great is when you go outside in the sunshine (or under a light) you will see tiny golden sparkles that just give you a little glow until it develops. Since I began using Lancôme Flash Bronzer, I haven?t had a scary, streaky moment. Even when, on the odd occasion, I?ve been in a bit of a rush and haven?t prepared as thoroughly as I could have done; or I?ve been so tired, put it on rather hastily and jumped into bed?.no early morning surprises! So all round, it really is a great product; it comes in quite a large bottle and lasts a long while. I use it all year round and each bottle lasts me about a year. That?s pretty good really seeing as each bottle costs a
bout?.wait for it?.£18. Sounds rather expensive but it is Lancôme, it does last a long time, and it really is the best self-tan I have found. Now you can finally chuck out all those bottles that you?ve tried, hated but still kept ? just in case it works better next time.
