I first received this eye make up remover in a mascara gift set and have used it ever since. I have very sensitive eyes and most eye make up removers are too harsh and sting. This eye make up remover is not at all greasy and removes every trace of eye make up, including long lasting and waterproof mascaras. The eye make up remover has two separate liquids and you have to shake the bottle before use to mix them. I found that you only need a small amount and by just holding a cotton wool pad with the bi-facil on your eye for a few seconds, it removes the majority of your eye make up.
