****Design Sensational Effects Eye Shadow****

About a month ago my friends and i went to a Pussycat doll concert. Deciding that we were going to dress up etc i ended up looking to buy a really bright pink eyeshadow. Previously i have tried star gazer but it brings me out in a rash so i was happy to find these at a lancome counter. Not a brand i would associate with bright make up i was quite eager to find out how well they worked.

**Packaging**
This eye shadow comes in a circle shaped black tub with a see through sliding lid. The eye shadow in the middle is roughly the size of a £2 coin. I think that it feels quite sturdy and so far i am happy with it. Initially i was a little worried about the lid as i thought it would break and i would have no way to cover my eye shadow but it has been fine.

**Product**
This is available in a wide range of colours from white to black and everything in between. I bought two, the one i am reviewing is called 406 indian rose. It looks bright and is bright. The colour lasts for ages. I have worn it on several nights out and it has always lasted the night without having to be re applied. One little bad thing is that is does not come with an applicator. Not a big problem but it would be handy as i frequently seem to lose make up brushes etc.

**Price(warns people to sit down)**
This costs £12.50 for 1.3g which in my opinion is a little steep. For a little more you can buy a compact with 4 colours in it also by Lancome so if you want one of there less bright colours i would recommend that instead.
