I've now perfected the application technique too: ALWAYS exfoliate, but rather than paying a lot for a lotion, just pay 99p for an exfoliating sponge and use your normal shower wash (cheaper, less messy and more effective). Premium Review Lancôme Flash Bronzer Milk for Face and Body: Lancome Flash Bronzer - A realistic-looking tan with no fuss ... (212 words)

After trying a few fake-tans with varying degrees of success, I’ve finally found one that fulfills my criteria. At around £16, a realistic tan doesn’t come cheap but it is a lot safer and better fore your health than going on a sunbed. For a while, I’d almost resigned myself to the fact that I was going to be pasty white for the whole of the summer, though now, I can be a bronzed goddess with the best of them! The self-tan comes in an easy-to-use spray which is perfect for reaching those hard-to get-to areas. The spray also ensures that you do not use too much and have an excess of self-tan. On the box, the ‘blurb’ ...  Read the complete review

Lets face it I'm a fake-tan queen. Ever since the raging hormones of adolesence kicked in and appearance became an issue, I have been a fan of the bronzed look. Even though the result was more orange than tan it was ALWAYS preferable to the cold porridge colour I turned in winter, so orange I remained. Until two years ago that is, when I switched from No.7 to Lancome for a treat! And boy was that good move! All my workmates were confused, as it was too even and realistic for a lotion but neither was my skin leathery like a regular sunbed user (they're way too scarey, I've heard the horror stories).I've been asked many a time whether I have hispanic blood ...  Read the complete review

After trying various self tanning creams I had almost given up. I've experienced straky legs, patchy legs, orange face - you mention it I've experienced it!!..and usually just before a big night out!! A colleague reccommended Lancome to me so I decided to give it a go - I think I paid about £15.00, I can't be sure though. The cream is actually brown so you can see exactly where you're putting it. It goes on really easily - and most importantly it blends around your knees and ankles. It has an immediate bronzing effect with a nice shimmery effect, although I haven't risked venturing out straight sfter application in case I rub some off or ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lancome spray as opposed to the milk (449 words)

Lancome's Flash Bronzer spray does just that, sprays bronze in a flash and brightens up your life! I was well impressed by the results on first use. My bod went from being pasty white, to deeply golden like a sun goddess. I must admitt I am a bit of a tanorexic, but I am also health concious, so it was very important for me to find a fake tan that looked real. The price has always put me off in the past, being a poor student £16 seemed a bit steep when you can buy a cheaper version for less than a quarter of that cost. But one day I decided to splash out, justifying my decision by looking at the orange streaks which were covering my legs. On this occasion I am ...  Read the complete review
