It dries quite quickly on your face so isn't the most workable foundation. I do find, however that this foundation gives my skin a natural glow which I love. It doesn't photograph particularly spectacularly which I guess its meant too but is doesn't make your skin oily or greasy- even as I have oily skin nauturally. It's staying power is fantastic, looking flawless at the end of my ni...more

Product:- Lancome Photogenic Luminessence Foundation Cost:- £30.00 from Amazon.co..uk Due to Dior ceasing to produce yet another favourite foundation of mine yet again, I swore to switch brands and my search led me to Lancome. My skin is oily and at the moment very pale and I prefer to use a light foundation which doesn't create a caked on appearance. I am generally quite fussy when it comes to my foundation as a good foundation is a base from which to build up your look whilst having the added bonus of covering up any imperfections and bestowing the user with photo shoot perfect skin. Well, that's the image that I create in my head whilst ...  Read the complete review

I expected great things from this foundation, as it is very very pricey. The bottle is classy and good quality, which is always a bonus for me as I love feeling like a product is worth the money you pay. Apparently, this is the first compact designed to reflect light in such a way that your face will always look luminous and glow healthily in every angle. It comes in a two compartment case where one houses the powder, and the other, the sponge. This is a good idea as it separates the sponge from the powder, hence, avoiding any prolong contact which can contaminate the powder. The sponge is also a clever two-sided-type applicator such that one side is used to spread the whole face with the powder and the other (moist-like texture) is used to blend the make-up for an even and natural finish. The formulation contains ‘azure’ corrective foundation which will tone  Read the complete review

This is, without a doubt, my favourite foundation! I bought it by chance when my normal Chanel foundation was out of stock in my colour. I had been wanting to try a new foundation for a while but I was always a bit wary as most colours don't seem to match my skin tone. Even my normal one was slightly a bit dark for my skin tone (and that was the lightest one they did!). It always looked good when you first started the bottle but then you begin heading into 'orange' teritory as you get to the bottom of it. I decided to give Lancome's Photogenic foundation a whirl after reading about it in a beauty magazine, apparently it's Uma Thurman's favourite as well, which can't be ..  Read the complete review

My God, this is wonderful stuff. I got a sample free with a magazine. The colour was a bit off, but I liked the texture and coverage, so I popped to see the scary Lancome ladies at Boots, and got given a free sample of a more appropriate colour. A few days later I braved them again, and asked for a bottle. And I'm so glad I did. Photogenic foundation claims to be light reflective. It certainly leaves your face looking very soft, even and smooth. And miraculously, you don't look dead under strip lighting when you're wearing it. It's a great base for eye and cheek colour; it stays on all day, and its application is ...  Read the complete review
