Lancôme Tonique Douceur - softening, hydrating toner I received this 50ml toner as a gift with purchase (I think the offer was at Debenhams and you had to buy two products from Lancôme to get a quite large bag of 'free' goodies). I have been using this as the Biotherm one I was using irritated my skin and I had finished my bottle of the Lush Eau Roma water which I adore. - About the product This product is a travel size which is 50ml or 1.69 fl oz. the actual liquid in the bottle is blue, like the Lancôme bi-facial make up remover. I thought the bottle would be blue and the liquid clear but the liquid is actually blue. The ... Read the complete review

I have never really been one for using toners and instead prefer to use the Clinique clarifying lotion (which contrary to popular belief is not a toner, but is actually an exfoliator). I would not go out of my way to buy a toner however I received a trial size of this lancome tonique douceur when I purchased 2 products some time ago within a gift with purchase, and considering it was free it would be rude to not use it! ===Price and Availability=== This toner does not come cheap in my opinion at £21 for 200ml or £34 for 400ml. I do however think it is fab that it is available in more than just one size as seems to common among many other ... Read the complete review

My name is Julie, and I'm a make-up addict. At last, I've stood up and said it! My true confession to you though is through my many years of experimenting with foundations, powders, iridescent shadows, illuminating liners and glosses I have neglected one of the most important things - my skin. I have a classic case of combination skin with greasy spots, dry spots and particularly flaky eyebrows (aren't I attractive?!) joined together by relatively balanced skin. I've half heartedly tried cleansers, toners and moisturisers over the years but have always been left with my skin feeling too greasy, too dry or quite rashy and sore. A few months ago my mum bought ... Read the complete review

==Overview== As part of a Lancome gift set, I received a trial version of the Tonique Douceur, as it was 50ml it was quite a generous trial size and I've been able to use it many times to see if I like it enough to buy the full version (which retails around £20). The Tonique Douceur is one of the skin toners in the Lancome range; I have previously reviewed Tonique Confort (for dry skin) and really love that so this had a lot to live up to. . ==The Toner== This toner comes in a clear blue bottle and has a lid on the top whereby you can shake the toner out onto cotton wool. There is also another Lancome toner which is blue and also a ... Read the complete review

WHAT IT IS? A toner from Lancôme that is alcohol free and designed to be moisturising. HOW DO YOU USE IT? The bottle has got a hole in the top for dispensing the toner. I pour a small amount on a cotton wool ball and wipe it over my freshly cleansed face and neck. It is like water so you don't need to use very much and it spreads smoothly. WHAT I THINK This is a good toner but I don't think it is worth the money for me. One of my regular ladies will only use Lancôme skin products and she often gives me the gift sets she receives free when purchasing her products, my Tonique Douceur bottle is a generous 50ml size ...
