WHAT IT IS?

A toner from Lancôme that is alcohol free and designed to be moisturising.

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

The bottle has got a hole in the top for dispensing the toner.  I pour a small amount on a cotton wool ball and wipe it over my freshly cleansed face and neck.  It is like water so you don't need to use very much and it spreads smoothly.

WHAT I THINK

This is a good toner but I don't think it is worth the money for me.  One of my regular ladies will only use Lancôme skin products and she often gives me the gift sets she receives free when purchasing her products, my Tonique Douceur bottle is a generous 50ml size and I have been using it for one month.  The bottle lasts for a long time because even if you use it twice a day you don't use very much each time.

It smells a bit flowery but reminds me of Johnsons Baby Lotion too, the smell lingers on my skin for quite a long time and I can even smell it after applying my moisturiser.  It feels soothing on my skin and quite refreshing as well.  My skin doesn't feel moisturised after I have used this toner but it doesn't feel dry like when I use a lot of other toners, there is no tightening of my skin and that's good but it also makes the toner feel like its not toning my skin very well.

I have never had any irritation when I have used this toner from Lancôme and after I apply it my skin looks fresh and bright.  It doesn't make my skin feel as good as when I use other toners that I have discovered over the years but it is kind when my skin is suffering with stress or is looking dull.
