Advantages: Good quality, Protects well, Memory foam

Disadvantages: Too thick for full protection with 13.3" Macbook Pro, Zips can cause scratches if not careful.

When looking for a sleeve for my 13.3" MacBook Pro I was drawn to this sleeve, it look stylish from the picture, was at a good price, and the colours matched my headphones.

Packaging

It arrives in a plastic/rubbery (might be thick polyethene, although it doesn't matter too much) 'zip' case of it's own with 'LA Robe protection Macbook 13.3"' written on the front in white writing. On the back it states that the product has:

Low Resilience Pulyurethene (LRPu) Technology
Robe pretection thickness 5MM
Inner lip for maximum protection
Trendy, unique design
Stands alone or in your bag.
No more scratches for your notebook.

There is a tag with an example of the material used, which is a good indication of how protective the product will be.

Thoughts

It looks good, although the picture makes it look better than it is in reality. It is well built, although feels and sometimes looks a little 'cheap'.

As a word of warning the product is built for the 13.3' Macbook (plastic), so using it with a 13.3" Macbook Pro will lead to a slight gap due to the Macbook Pro being slightly thinner. This may be annoying to some people. And although there is a lip so that the zip does not harm the Macbook during it entering and being extracted from the sleeve, there is still the worry that a zip might still scratch the expensive laptop.

The product still does what it aims to do and protects the laptop.

Summary: Great little laptop sleeve if accompanying a real case. Has its faults, but for the price it's fine
