... Neoprene (i.e. Wetsuit material) and with a sturdy zip to open and close it - this will definitely stand the test of time. I picked up my Crumpler Gimp sleeve shortly after I bought my 12" Toshiba Portège laptop - and didn't want it to get continuously knocked about as I tend to chuck it in my messenger bag to take it into the office when I am needing to get onto our webserver and the irewall at work won't let me. I paid about GBP 20 for it - they are now available for a little bit less than that even - money well spent in any case.
