I ordered this case alongside my HP laptop as part of a pack including amongst other things a usb mouse. The price was and still is £30, which is admittedly rather expensive for a bag. This case is however of a really high quality in most aspects. This bag has two internal compartments and two external compartments. I begin with the two internal compartments. One of these is designed for holding your laptop. a 17" laptop fits snuggly inside and is secured in place with a velcro strap. The other can hold whatever you want it to hold although I typically keep the laptop's power supply in here. I am worried that at times it might press into my laptop when the bag is closed, but the divide between the two compartments is a good one providing lots of cushioning. The case is well cushioned and will protect your laptop from any knocks and bumps, but as with all carry cases I would be hesitant about testing its limits. Of the two external compartments, one is zipped and the other not. The zipped compartment lies under the flap seen in the picture of this product and has sections to keep stationary, your mp3 player and your mobile phone. I never use the latter two, but the storage is there should you need it. My main concern is quite a serious one, and that is the strap provided is prone to disconnecting itself from the bag. This is not something I want to happen when I'm carrying along my laptop so I've had to reinforce it myself. Despite this problem I am a fan of this case and use it daily at university to carry my books around.
