I often take my laptop out and about either to work or to my boyfriend's house. I used to just put it in my bag but after the handle on my bag snapped (luckily my laptop was ok) I decided to buy some kind of case to protect it.
So that's where this "Tech air Z Series Z0306 15.6"" comes in. My mum actually bought it for me as a birthday present last year, as I asked for one, but looking online they are around £8.
My laptop fits great in this case, which is made for laptops of up to 15.6" in size. The case is made of neoprene, which is a nice soft fabric, that is strong and doesnt easily tear. It is also a good fabric for keeping my laptop warm in this cold weather! (I have a lovely pair of neoprene gloves!) It has a nice soft lining which goes some way to help preventing scratches.
The case is black and red, which is a unisex colour. However it would be nice if there were other colour choices. The case opens up like a clam and closes with a zip. The zips are still working as well as they should. The fabric of the case is thick and has about 1-2 inches of padding. The case however is not waterproof (as far as Im aware - and no I'm not going to test it!!) and has no handle so I still have to slip it inside my bag to carry around.
It is nice to know my laptop has a bit of protection but for £8 I would have expected at least some hooks so I could slip a handle onto it. Overall it is a just a bit too flimsy for me to recommend as the ultimate laptop case but it does OK for my needs.
I award this case 3 dooyoo stars to this laptop bag, as the lack of handle does really annoy me.
Tech Air Laptop Case - Z Series
Just bought one of these cases off eBay for a fiver for my Samsung tablet, came with free delivery and arrived next day. Purchased really just for the look of it, looks unique to the usual although still best thing about it is simplicity more than anything. It's an attractive black case with red lining around the edging.
About The Case -
One single zip around the edge to open and close the case, inside is a very soft and lightly padded with linen which is ideal as it won't scratch the screen and the rest is pretty self explanatory. It works well for what its intended to do and although there are many types and brands of cases on the market the price range will vary dramatically aswell, I personally don't think you will find much better value for money as cheap as this which will keep your gadget protected and hold its value better long term.
Note that this case is only suited for laptops or tablets between 10 - 11.6 inches.

Tech air Z Series Z0306 15.6" - currently £7 - £8 on Amazon
When I bought my netbook in the January sales I knew I would need a protective case. In hindsight I do think this one was probably a little large - by maybe an inch, but it does work well.
The case is as depicted mostly black, with red detailing. As far as I am aware this is the only colour option, and to me it seems to work well. The case opens up totally, and it has two zips to ensure that you can easily access your laptop inside. With around 8/9 months use these are still perfectly functioning, and have never stuck, or snagged. The tags on the zips are easy to hold, and are made of solid metal, which has worn well, and won't break easily in my opinion.
The black fabric has the feel of a wetsuit, and is nicely padded. For my needs this is fine. However the case hasn't traveled as much as I thought it would. If you were going regularly take a laptop to work or university you may need something with thicker padding. I'd guess the thinnest parts of this padding is maybe 1.5mm thick. I have dropped my rucksack with this in once, and the netbook was fine, but if this were to happen regularly I don't think the story would have such a happy ending.
The edge of the cover which acts as the spine is made of a durable red fabric, that has worn well, and is showing no cracks or tears at all. The only mark is an obvious drip (I have no idea what it was, but it did stain, and I'm guessing coke). The rest of the red edging looks as it did when it was new.
The small raised 'tech air' badge is the only branding on this product, it is small, and subtle.
Overall the product is wearing well with regular use. It has only one mark on it, and this was man made. It does protect my netbook, but it isn't as protected as it would be in a full laptop style bag.
I'm giving the product 5 stars - as it is only a sleeve rather than a full scale bag, and as a sleeve it protects the net book well.
