I was expecting it to be so minimalist to the point of being unforgivingly uncomfortable to carry, but it is actually very comfortable on your back, and the carry handle is not grating on the hand. I bought a new laptop last year, and suffice to say, it wasn't top of the range. Just to take to the library, on the train, in to lectures for basic work purposes, so my requirements were highly fundamental. When searching for a laptop case, I therefore wanted something equally basic - no silk-lined, stronger-than-steel cases necessary!
