... have had this laptop for over a year now and have downloaded loads on to it eg- msn, limewire etc and it hasn t slowed it down like many other laptops. It is easy to use with many great features including power selector where you can change the power supply for when its not plugged in so the battery lasts longer. Advent 5302 ... ve had this laptop about two months and so far so good. I was quite dissapointed when I was first listening to my music and realised there was no volume control on the outside of the laptop like on most laptops and the volume limit is quite quiet. The laptop looks very stylish however it does show up marks easily and also, it s quite heavy and being a student trying to carry the laptop around with me, it can get quite annoying. It comes with windows vista, which is really easy to use and reliable making the whole laptop easier to use. Sony Vaio AW31ZJ/B ... what a laptop, whatever you want to use a laptop for this will do it, and more! the centrino 2 processors are great, smooth, quiet and very responsive, the 6GB memory has no lag what so ever! seamless transitions from program to program. 500GB hard drive is plentyful for this machine. The GeForce graphics in this laptop are a very high standard for a laptop, the difference it makes is remarkable, the quality of pictures and movies is quite special. It runs Vista Home Premium very easily, it would benefit from a Windows 7 upgrade (like all vista machines) but the performance is still second to non. Toshiba Equium P200D 139 ... purchased this laptop because my old laptop was not very good and I couldnt do alot with it anymore. I chose this laptop because of the good brand name and it had one of the largest screens of all laptops on offer as well as the numeric keypad which was quite important to me. Good points. This laptop come with very high specification for what I thought was a reasonable price. Its very fast, I can store alot of information, such as music and pictures, and despite its large size for a laptop its quite light and easily transportable, screen qulity is exceptional as is sound quality.
