Asus X51RL-AG148E ... Cheap Laptop! I puchased this laptop from eBuyer about a year ago now and it came with 2gb Ram, 160gb hard drive which is different to specified on this page. However, it is a brilliant Windows Vista Premium laptop. Very stong and durable. I have dropped it three times now and it remains alive much to my shock each time I have dropped it off my desk onto a wood floor! Once with the screen wide open, it survived without any damage whatsoever and this has impressed me. I think it s been bodybuilding its very strong! The only fault I have had with it is the charger, earlier today I had to order a replacement as mine has came loose and dosent work! I m now on my work ... Read the full review: Cheap Laptop! Sony Vaio A617M ... recently started university and as my laptop broke have had to borrow my dad s vaio. I love this laptop and it s been just a month! It s wide screen makes it so much easier to view documents and webpages and even watch films or tv programmes. The only downside to the vaio is that the battery life isn t all that good. Although admittedly the laptop is a bit too big to carry around and transport to my lectures, it makes up for this in its uses. I have used it to write essays, reports and research outlines. Dell Vostro 1500 ... ve had my Dell Vostro 1500 for about 2 years now- I bought it through work and got a great price of £380 on it. The price included a lot of free extras, which at the time made it an amazing buy: it has bluetooth, dvd/rw, 2GB ram, a dual-core 1.5GHZ intel processor, and a GF 8400MS graphics card, making it more than enough laptop for my needs, and all loaded onto a copy of Windows Vista Business. I predominantly use my laptop for the internet and word processing (being a student) but I also use it for guitar recording with a Line6 toneport and it handles it with aplomb.
