I recommend going with a machine that has the non onboard video card -- it allows for games like Sims 2, Neverwinter Nights 2, and WoW to play in beautiful detail. Acer Extensa 5220-101G08Mi ... appear a bit dull but it doesn't look terrible and actually looks kind of modern. It only has a basic 1gb of ram installed however it is just a basic laptop and with a cheap price so you cant really expect that much out of it. It can handle a maximum of 2gb though so you could easily buy another 1gb of ram for under £20 and just easily install it so that it would be a lot quicker and this is probably something I would do. Also a basic feature is the installed hard drive which is only 80gb. Again this isn't a lot however it should be enough for most people and if not you could easily just buy a portable hard drive to store anything else you might need on. In terms of ... This will just make everything even faster than it already is, so if you so really need your laptop to be a bit faster then you have got this option at a later date. This is really good because what tends to happen is that as your laptop gets older, and your add more programs and files, it eventually gets slower and slower, this is just something that happens, so having this extra 2gb of ram available to be installed into the laptop means that if it does start to run slower than you want it to, then you can easily have extra ram installed. OQO Model e2 ... on such a small screen you don't really feel as though you need a mouse. If you do want to use a mouse you could get a small laptop mouse and plug it into the usb port on the base of the device. Unlike other portable devices this has a fantastic amount of ram. It has 1 gb which runs the device quickly and efficiently. Also unlike other portable devices this one has a processor running at 1.6gh which is really good for portable device as they tend to save power rather than increase the tablets performance. It also has a pretty incredible 80 gb for something of its size. This is enough in a full sized laptop for me and so is definitely enough in something I would do ...
