The processor is an intel celeron 1GHZ, the ram is 512mb (though it can easily be upgraded to £20, there are many videos on youtube to show you how), the screen is 7 inches wide, I am not sure what video and graphics cards are here and unfortunately there is no optical drive because of the small size. Sony Vaio CR21S/W ... of 2 GB / 4 GB (max) worth of ram and its massive 160GB hard drive and has an average 2.4 hour worth of battery life. The computer comes with windows vista and runs smoothly, however vista uses around 46% of the RAM. This makes no difference when using any of Microsoft offices programs e.g Microsoft word etc, on the other hand when playing games it really has an effect on the speed therefore causing lag. Finally the battery is really on the weak side however i am sure better batteries are available, but i would imagine they are pretty pricey. Acer Extensa 5620-1A2G16 _XPP ... it appear a bit dull but it doesn't look terrible and actually looks kind of modern. It only has a basic 1gb of ram installed however it is just a basic laptop and with a cheap price so you cant really expect that much out of it. It can handle a maximum of 2gb though so you could easily buy another 1gb of ram for under £20 and just easily install it so that it would be a lot quicker and this is probably something I would do. Also a basic feature is the installed hard drive which is only 80gb. Again this isn't a lot however it should be enough for most people and if not you could easily just buy a portable hard drive to store anything else you might need on. In terms o...
