Medion Akoya Mini E1210 ... lightweight net book at a reasonable price, processing is occasionally slow but usually very good. It has a decent size hard drive and RAM as well as having built in wireless and a reasonable battery life even during heavy usage. Also there are lots of USB ports and a memory card slot on the side which are very useful. However the main downside is that it doesn t have a CD/DVD drive although one of these can be purchased for around £30. When watching TV shows through 4OD occasionally the screen would go blank and it wouldn t respond but this could be rectified by putting it into hibernation mode and then coming out of it. Apple MacBook MA699B/A ... is one of the best inventions! it runs great and perfect. mackintosh is soo much more reliable then Windows. mac is so much more reliable then PC s. The graphics are so clear, its are amazing for designers, i use a lot of adobe programs. I used to hate the fact i cant right click but it really doesnt bother me anymore esp when ive learnt all the short cuts. You can still right click by using CTRL/apple then your right hand mouse too.. perfect! Apples always invent the best things. The MacBook really isnt much different from the MacPro unless you are a professional in the design career than i would suggest you getting MacPRO.. However apple also offers the selec... Acer Aspire 5536-744G32Mn ... must admit that my knowledge of computers is severely limited. I don t even know the difference between memory and RAM. However, I m going to attempt to review this Acer Aspire laptop in the hope that people as technologically challenged as myself can find some use from it. So I used to own a Toshiba. Brilliant. Sadly, after 4 years of university, the vast quantities of work done on it (or those few times I dropped it perhaps) meant that it started to give up the ghost. It was unbelievably slow, and froze on a daily basis. The battery was all used up after the effort of turning on. The CD drive didn t work, and the"Q" and "A" keys had fallen ...
