Ergo Vista 201 ... is a very simple design, that is also sturdy and inexpensive (with its plastic frame). It is also very functional, with a good sized 15.4" screen. However one thing that could be said is that it is not a show piece. But for a reasonable price that isn t what you expect. With a good range of features including wi-fi, 512mb ram memory and intel centrino it is a good all round laptop. The graphics are also very good and it offers a good powerful performance. It has a fairly long lasting battery as well for up to around 4 hours. Another good thing is that it doesnt get over heated at all really, even if it is left plugged in and left on for several hours. Toshiba Satellite L20-153 ... own this Toshiba L20 model laptop for more than two years now and I can really say, I already had proven it s durability and stability. My laptop is plugged and used almost 24/7 yet I haven t had any problem encountered so far except for some errors on the keyboard key, but maybe it was just on this particular unit. Good Points: It comes with a DVD writer, wireless ready, a dedicated media player button for ease control in playing your music or video without using your mouse or keyboard to control. Sony Vaio K115M ... had this laptop for a good number of years now and it s still working like new. I have never had a problem with this computer, other than windows deciding to play up a few times. Yes it is out of date by today s specs so it won t be able to run your latest games but for rock solid reliability I cannot fault this machine. Its survived drops, knocks and falling off my lap many times but I still use this laptop as my main computer. After all this time the only fault it has is that some of the keys are going slightly shiny with use.
