Sony Vaio AW31ZJ/B ... what a laptop, whatever you want to use a laptop for this will do it, and more! the centrino 2 processors are great, smooth, quiet and very responsive, the 6GB memory has no lag what so ever! seamless transitions from program to program. 500GB hard drive is plentyful for this machine. The GeForce graphics in this laptop are a very high standard for a laptop, the difference it makes is remarkable, the quality of pictures and movies is quite special. It runs Vista Home Premium very easily, it would benefit from a Windows 7 upgrade (like all vista machines) but the performance is still second to non. Acer Aspire Timeline 5810TG-944G50Mn ... with such a good battery life, up to 8 hours!, this is great if you are travelling alot throughout the day as you are safe in the knowledge it wont cut off on you. the Acer has loads of great features too, like a 5 in 1 card reader so you can connect it up to cameras and mobile phones quick and easily. This Acer is also very fast, the 4GB memory makes the applications run smoothly and the hard drive is plentyful. The 2 Athlon 64 processors that power the machine are more than enough for basic media and internet use, although it may struggle to handle larger jobs such as CAD software. with 500GB of hardrive space this acer has ample storage for your film and music collection. The ATi graphics make your films and pictures, and also gaming look extra detailed and smooth.
