Apple MacBook MA699B/A:
... is one of the best inventions! it runs great and perfect. mackintosh is soo much more reliable then Windows. mac is so much more reliable then PC s. The graphics are so clear, its are amazing for designers, i use a lot of adobe programs. I used to hate the fact i cant right click but it really doesnt bother me anymore esp when ive learnt all the short cuts. You can still right click by using CTRL/apple then ... Sony Vaio S3HP ... I bought this laptop the specificatiosn were amongst the best for a laptop with this screen size. As a result I paid a premium price for this product though I cant say I was disappointed. On arriving I was incredibly impressed with quality build of this product. Whilst the laptop was light it managed to do this yet feel both sturdy and well built. 4 years on and I am still using this laptop though I have upgraded the hard drive and memory which is easy enough to do though not recommended during warranty period. Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook T4010 ... fantastic price of £150, which is a bargain considering that the original retail price of this marvellous piece of machinery is set at approximately £1700. The only difference between the T4010 and the T4010D is that the latter comes with a Pentium M725 1.6GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. However, the one I bought had been upgraded to 2GB of RAM which I believe is the maximum it can take. The Lifebook itself is quite weighty but it s very solid and sturdy and has a modern sleek and curvy design. Advent 7105 ... and i have used it nearly everyday that i have had it. It has served me well for almost 3 years with minor problems which I have manged to sort out myself. The Advent 7105 comes with a AMD Sempron 3000 processor which i find to be very quick. It came with a standard RAM of 1Gb which after a year and a half, I manally upgraded it to 2GB, making the laptop work even faster. One thing i haven t changed is the 60GB hardrive because I tend to store all my files on an external USB hardrive. This laptop is great for gaming, word processing and other normal fuctions.
