Belinea o.book 1 ... you want a technical review, look away now. This is strictly for girls: I ve owned this laptop a year now, and I must say I cannot fault it. To me, it s a real girly laptop (which is good, as I m a girl), because of the unusual colour and light weight design. I am often complimented on my "cool looking" laptop. I bought it from Asda Electricals online, for £385, which I thought was quite reasonable. Windows Vista is stunning on this laptop, the screen is lovely, very shiny and has a beautiful picture. Toshiba Satellite L10-119 ... m a teacher and this was the model given out as standard as part of the laptops for teachers initative. It was also available separately for retail. The laptop has 3 USB ports, modem, network port, VGA, headphone and mic inputs. There is nothing else really and it is a basic setup. Although it is basic is has done a good job of running everything that I have needed out of it. The screen is a basic 15" regular shape (not widescreen) and it isn;t the brightest or clearest but none the less does ok. The unit is fairly well built but recently I have begun to have problems with the keyboard flexing heavily and as a result I have been finding it hard to use the p button... Toshiba Satellite Pro L40-12S ... have had my Tosh for 1 yr now and it has been through the wars with me, as im not the most careful person on the planet, i have dropped it from the sofa, but the worst i lifted 1/2 pint glass of orange juice, and 1/2 pint glass of coke over it and both tumbled from the tray and emptyed straight into the keyboard, my boyfriends quick action turned it upside down, and dried it out with my hairdrier as it stood on its side, he did spend the next 2 days with cotton buds and warm water and vinegar cleaning the sticky off of it, but hey ho im typing with it now, that was 6 months ago.
