HP Compaq Business Notebook 6735s ... a bargain! Ive had the laptop for about 6 months now and I was looking for a nice sized laptop that was not too pricey. The laptop we had before this was a big 17" and it was big and heavy. These are fine as a computer to stay on the desk/table etc, but not very easy to carry about. As I already have a desktop computer, the purpose of the new laptop was to just have on the sofa, and to carry about etc. The 6735s has a good screen on it and it never struggles with anything im doing - (I do not play games on it though, so can t comment about that). HP Compaq Business Notebook 6735s ... ve had this laptop for about 10 months now, and it continues to impress. It came with Vista Home Premium, and we got it for a truly amazing deal at the time: it cost £320, and it came with 4GB RAM and a dualcore 2.4GHZ AMD processor, dvdrw, bluetooth, 320GB HDD, a larger 12-cell battery and a nice 15.4" screen, so not exactly the same spec as that listed here. For the price the specification is absolutely incredible. It boots vista with remarkable speed compared to our other laptop which has 2GB of RAM and a dualcore 1.44GH processor, and the rest of the specification is similarly good. Acer Travelmate 7530G-823G64N ... then, not sure where to start - I ve never written a review before so you ll have to bear with me on this one. I purchase the Acer Aspire 7530G from Littlewoods little over a month ago, and I must say it s passed all my expectations. I wanted the machine primarily for university work and to play the occasional game. It came with 3GB of RAM, but I purchased a 2GB memory module and took a 1GB stick out, making it 4GB. I only really did that as I wanted to use a 64bit operating system (this is needed if you wish for the OS to use all 4GB).
