Acer had put on there (like the webcam). After a quick call to the Acer customer services our problems were sorted out (they sent a new disck to load to fix the problems). I think this laptop is perfect for people like me, a student! It s not expensive and it s quite capable of doing everything I tell it! I frequently have several web pages running and music and typing and it handles all of that well. My only complaint would be that it does get incredibly hot, to the point that my leg would get red from leaning on it, I suppose I should just sit at the table really! next time. It developed a fault with the screen after only 4 months the screen developed lines down it, its hardly used this one becuase its quite slow. Phoned Acer first question they asked was had i paid for extra warranty when i told them no they informed me it was down to it being dropped or something being put on top of it or i must have left a pen on the keyboard, which is not what happend the lines just appeared as someone was working on it and got worse.
