I bought this laptop for my University studies because I was on a low budget and needed to find something that suited my requirements. I also needed something that was going to respond well to plenty of use over the course of the years to come and also something that had an adequate screen and ran very smoothly. This was perfect because ... Read the complete review

I bought this laptop about three years ago now and it hasn't let me down once. It connects to the internet everytime first time, it runs very very fast. It connects to another monitor or tv easily. The only downside is to listen to music with headphones or speakers to connect it using a headphone jack you need to have the speakers/headphones plugged and turned on to get them to work. But to sum it up it is a cheap laptop with very features.

I have owned this laptop for just over 2 years, and the price has come down significantly since then. I won't bore you with specifications, sicce you probably have already researched them somewhat, if you're looking at buying this laptop. The first thing I noticed when I bought the laptop was how large it was. We've always had Acer or HP ... Read the complete review

I've always been a fan of Acer and have had a few of them over the years. My original Acer had a version of Linux on it and was incredibly prone to crashing and pretty much dying on me. So much so that whenever I took it out to work I always had my system retore USB with me! It then died completyly and upon returning it to where I ... Read the complete review

As you all know, I am overly in love with my beautiful Toshiba satellite. I never ever thought another laptop could even come close to my satellite. And yes, I was right. My fiance took a trip home one week and brought with him his laptop. I felt so smug knowing that his laptop was so much better than mine. Being the kind, considerate ... Read the complete review

I bought this laptop almost two years ago, when my other (2 yr old) Acer died. I should have taken this as a sign. I must say, that although i was initially impressed, i am now very, very disappointed. Firstly, the battery life was a huge improvement - my old laptop had 30 minutes if that before it would conk out, ... Read the complete review

The Acer Aspire has been good value for money. I bought it 3 years ago in Perth and have used it very extensively. I once had issues with my connectivity but apart from that I can not think of anything that bothered me. Only a single time I needed maintenance as we had to look at the above issue but other than that I never looked back. I ... Read the complete review

This laptop is AWESOME ! I got this laptop for Christmas just over a year ago and it is still working fine with absolutely no problems what so ever. The keys are still soft and everything works. The screen size with this laptop is plenty big enough and perfect for watching DVD's and browsing the web. However, I would not recommend this ... Read the complete review

INTRODUCTION The Acer Aspire 5720 laptop is a budget laptop, costing around £420 when I got mine early 2008. What drew me to this particular laptop at the time was the processor speed and amount of RAM for the price. On the downside, you get an integrated graphics card and a tiny hard drive. The hard drive issue has really upset me ... Read the complete review
