... as I have for about £450 - £500. One thing I would say is that there are quite a few different specs of this particular model number available, so if you are doing price comparisons make sure you are comparing the same specs, otherwise your results may be inaccurate.
A lot of thought has obviously gone into the design of this unit - the outer shell looks very clean, smooth and sleek.

First of all, I should say that I am not a computer geek, so I will be reviewing this propduct from quite a simple person's perspective. I bought this as a replacement for a 7 year old Sony Vaio laptop. Since I bought the Vaio laptops have come down in cost considerably, and from doing my research this Acer is one of the best machines available in this price range.
