very nice laptop if u want a moderate gaming rig on the go to replace ur desktop needs. the processor & graphics card remove any bottlenecks from its config. can play most games at highest settings with playable framerates. for higher games like anno,dirt 2, startcraft 2, crysis settings should be put on medium. hdd space is enough for any work but 5400 rpm is a little slow. i personally feel it to replace with a seagate momentus 320gb with 4gb ssd flash drive & using this one as external one. atheros wifi has very good range reception. as for gaming pc its not very heavy & backup is on moderate but dont expect much. i donno why but 4 gb ram is not getting proper ratings in windows settings as the same module is used in a dell model & has higher ratings. maybe because it shows the rams are fitted in slot 1 & 3 instead of 1 & 2. but i have checked it and there are only two slots.

i forgot to tell you that its availability is very sparse and not an easy find. and its sound systems are very loud & clear with great bass and can even hold up a small party. i recently switched it with a acer timelineX 4820tg about a week ago and testing the new one as i dont want to spend a fortune to buy an alienware m17x instead ;-)
