I have had my 6935G for a couple of years now and it still can handle any task you can throw at it which in my opinion is always a good sign with technology moving so quickly. It also still looks fresh with the cool blue media touchpad lying to the left of the keyboard which comes in handy when watching films either on the built in Full HD screen or via the HDMI port. The built in Bluetooth is good for hooking up your phone as a remote aswell. The sound is crisp and clear via the Dolby speakers and goes quite loud for a laptop.
Overall I would say the laptop Is excellent as a home/media focused system, but it doesn't really handle gaming very well, and does have a few more down sides. Chiefly it's size and weight, it isn't the thinnest of laptops or the lightest, but I think this is a by product of it's age. Also the battery stopped working after around 12 months.
The 16" Aspire 6935 series enhances high-definition digital life with enchanting surround sound and captivating video, and beams brightly in its design. The Intel Centrino 2 processor technology with the Intel Core 2 Duo processor assures top-notch throughput for today's high-definition entertainment features, optimized Dolby Home Theater technology, true 5.1-channel surround sound output, touch-sensitive media control.
