Acer had put on there (like the webcam). After a quick call to the Acer customer services our problems were sorted out (they sent a new disck to load to fix the problems). I think this laptop is perfect for people like me, a student! It s not expensive and it s quite capable of doing everything I tell it! I frequently have several web pages running and music and typing and it handles all of that well. My only complaint would be that it does get incredibly hot, to the point that my leg would get red from leaning on it, I suppose I should just sit at the table really! I ve had this Laptop for over a year now (A year and a half) and have encountered no significant problems whatsoever. Let me just fill in some detail here: I use this laptop for around 5 hours (usually more) every day. That s a lot of usage for a year and a half.
