... much for the company either. I've been in touch with the company in which i purchased the product and they only keep information for 6 months. At the moment I am unable to use my laptop, it wont even load up windows vista. It will only allow access to the main boot menu, the system cannot find boot up disc for the system repair, so it look like its gonna need a new hard drive and DVD-R. I recently bought an Acer 9300 series 8 months ago. The hard drives has decided to kill itself and the DVD-R has stopped working, it doesnt like to load discs, cant really say much about this product. Acer will not repair unless you have proof of purchase, doesnt really say much for the company either.
