My model is the Acer Aspire 5630 but could not locate on this site. I bought it from Comet for £399.99, the description is the same as my own. the one i am using right now actually. it is my second laptop.

its a great all rounder, playing games, surfing the net, documents , presentations, downloading speed.. application usage, software access. it;s all good.

initially i went into comet to buy the £299 model but was pursuaded to get this model as it was better and faster.

at first i did not like the flimsy sound of the select buttons as i thought that they were loose but got used to it after a while.

the battery does not last long thought, when fully charged and unplugged it says that you can use it for 1.55 minutes but that is not the case. it usually lasts for 45 mins and then youhave to charge again.

i have had mine since july 2007, when i first bought it there were problems, like the applications would refuse to load (3 days out of 7) and the system would shut down (2 days out of 7) so sometimes the system would notwork and i had to use my noisy desktop. when i took it back to comet on 4 occasions it woorked fine. The laptop is okay now so really happy.

i have now bought a mini optical mouse that is also not listed on this site (its the mikomi mini optical mouse wired).

i bought the laptop for business use and it ended up being used for everyday surfing. well chuffed

my next laptop is gonna be a pink dell £899
