The Acer Timeline 3810T is a very compact, light and very portable laptop, which makes it very handy for using on the move. The battery lasts several hours, which is very impressive compared to all the laptops I have previously had. I bought the Timeline primarily for editing videos and it works perfectly fine for this, and has handled everything else I have thrown at it. The machine starts up very quickly and has been pretty reliable since I bought it. The only real downside is the quality of the screen, which is not in the same league as the Sony true-black on my last one. This Laptop certainly gives a lot of bang for your buck, but where do I start? It has a sturdy build and a nice metallic style, with everything laid out in a simple and easy to understand way. It s extremely fast, booting in 30 seconds, shutting down in 10 seconds, and going in and out of sleep almost instantaneously. Everyday tasks like web browsing and word processing ...

An oversized notebook basically! This particular laptop weighs in at just less than 2kg, at this weight I find it easy to carry for long distances without straining my arms. It has a 14" screen which I find quite adequate - even for design work and watching movies. It is also an ideal size for fitting onto train tables that pull down from the seat in front. Quite simple to carry around too as it is not too large, and fits under your arm snuggly for short distances due ...
