Well , I was on a holiday in UK and had planned to buy a budget laptop that would cost me something between 300 to 400 Pounds and I set out for the local electronic store and most of the laptops with this price tag were bulky, heavy and I didn't find them comfortable to work upon. I consulted the salesman and he recommended the Acer Aspire Timeline X3820TZ and this is what I ended up buying because it was light-weight , cheap and easy to carry and work upon.

The part which I found the most appealing was the price at which I got it for, I just had to spare 350 GBP for it and found it an awesome deal. Although the display screen size is 13.3-inches , the laptop weighs a mere 1.9kg.
Having a look at the Technical Specs of the Aspire Timeline X3820TZ , I found that it features a dual-core 2.00GHz Intel Pentium processor, which simply meant that it would serve a great lot purposes apart from the usual Web Browsing.
Alas, what I don't like about the Acer laptop is that there's no optical drive supplied, so I miss watching movies on DVD.

As far as the RAM is concerned it features 3GB of memory, which is not only enough for daily routine tasks , but also proves to be a charm when working out with programs which demand high resources.
It has got a 320 GB hard drive and I find it more than enough , as it is able to store my whole video games and music collection.

The Best Part of the laptop is the impressive performance and the long battery life, the laptop runs a whooping nine hours when its fully charged, it does last a whole day at my workplace and home.
At such a impressive price and quality, the Acer TimeLine would be the best laptop in it's class. If you need speed, portability and something that won't burn a hole in your pockets, then it is highly recommended to go for it.
